You can, provided you have the right vehicle.

Our Tiny Homes on Wheels are built to SA vehicle size and weight standards and come with valid registration. But, they're heavy. Our biggest models rated up to 4500kg. 

If you have a vehicle with appropriate towing capacity and experience in towing large, heavy loads than you certainly can move your tiny home yourself. 

Otherwise, we have reliable towing companies that we can recommend.

Most likely yes. Tiny homes on wheels or tiny homes in any instance will probably require development approval. Some areas are more 'Tiny Home friendly' than others.

We always recommend calling Council to find out exactly what information you need to provide. 

We can guide though through the process of navigating PlanSA - South Australia's planning portal & provide drawings as required or connect you to the right consultants to get your home approved.

We ask for a minimum 50% deposit at time of purchase. The remainder can be paid in monthly installments of an agreed amount.

This depends on your situation and what services you have available to you.

At a bare minimum you'll need to have a plan for the following before you can live in your Tiny Home:

- Where is your water coming from? 

i.e. you may need a rainwater tank setup if no mains connections are available onsite.

Water is supplied to the Tiny Home a via standard garden hose link.

- How will your home be powered? 

Do you have access to mains electricity? if not, ask us about off-grid setups

- How will your wastewater be disposed of?

Can it be plumbed into an existing septic system? Or you may need a composting toilet & greywater system setup. There are many options for this, ask us for information. 

Our Tiny Homes are equipped with provisions to allow for off-grid or service connected situations. Any alterations / additions will be quoted for your approval prior to implementing.
